- This study, based on the news contained in the Jawa Pos Newspaper on the Application of Four Year Subscription parking in Sidoarjo, which indicates the existence of public controversy. The news, review about the services of collecting parking fees by parking attendants are not authorized. The purpose of this study to determine the public perception, after receiving the message or any information contained in the news cover story. The theory used in this study is intrepersonal communication theory. Intrerpersonal communication is direct communication or face to face at the same time and place. Elements of interpersonal communication that sensation, perception, memory and thinking. The method used in the study is a qualitative method that aims to explain the problems with the heartiest. Conclusion The results of this study are three of the five informants perceive informants did not agree, and the perception of two informants agreed to cover the news story Four years Observing the Parking Implementation Subscribe in Sidoarjo.
