Mass Media</subject><description>This study, based on the news contained in the Jawa Pos Newspaper on the Application&#xD; of Four Year Subscription parking in Sidoarjo, which indicates the existence of public&#xD; controversy. The news, review about the services of collecting parking fees by parking&#xD; attendants are not authorized. The purpose of this study to determine the public perception, after&#xD; receiving the message or any information contained in the news cover story.&#xD; The theory used in this study is intrepersonal communication theory. Intrerpersonal&#xD; communication is direct communication or face to face at the same time and place. Elements of&#xD; interpersonal communication that sensation, perception, memory and thinking. The method used&#xD; in the study is a qualitative method that aims to explain the problems with the heartiest.&#xD; Conclusion The results of this study are three of the five informants perceive informants&#xD; did not agree, and the perception of two informants agreed to cover the news story Four years&#xD; Observing the Parking Implementation Subscribe in Sidoarjo.
