Ovaries were obtained from slaughterhouse and transported to laboratory at 35&#xC2;&#xB0;C in 0.9% NaCl containing 100IU/ ml Penicillin G and 0.1 mg/ml streptomycine sulfate (0.1 mg/ml) within 3 hours. Oocytes were aspirated from 2-6 mm diameter follicles. Only oocytes with intact cumulus and evenly granulated cytoplasma were selected for the treatments.
