- Tourism in Yogyakarta continues to grow, as well as the travel agency business, so the travel agent must be able to compete to gain both domestic and international customers. The study aims to analyze development strategy of tour package in enchancing marketing activities on Rayniza Tour & Travel. This study used descriptive methods. The data was collected by using interview, field observation, adn literature study. SWOT analyze used to identify strenght, weakness, opportunity, and threat factor in developing tour packages, which includes market identification, formulating tour package, and offering tour package to customers. The result of the sudy were, product development and marketing strategy are necessary for travel agencies aspecially in improving marketing activities. Rayniza Tour & Travel has been doing product development of existing product so it�s marketing become more effective.
