  • Human is a strategic factor in organizationâ��s activities. High perfomed and reliable human resources was a value added for the organization. Some factors that affect employee performance were leadership styles, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This paper planned to examine independent variables (leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and OCB) that significantly predict the employees performance, and also to examine the effect of job satisfaction and OCB as an intervening variable. The study was conducted using primary data research. The questionnaire used in the data collection by the number of respondents 100 employees of Rumah Zakat. Using multiple regression analysis, this research found variables that significantly predict employees performance were organizational culture, job satisfaction and OCB. While there was no significant effect from leadership styles on employee performance. By using the Product of Coefficients Strategies, this research found that with the employee's performance as an dependent variables: 1) job satisfaction is an intervening variable with leadership style and organizational culture as independent variable or
