  • Prambanan Temple is the biggest Hindu temple complex in Indonesia which was built in the 9 th Century. Therefore, this temple is very interesting and attracts many tourists to visit and ever since the year of 1991, this temple has become one of the World Heritage Sites which is protected by the UNESCO. In order to enrich the knowledge and perception of the visiting tourists, the maintainer of this temple provides the tourist guide service with various language options. Thus, it is important to have a good and proper language proficiency. By having a good language proficiency it can have effects in the touristsâ�� satisfaction so that they will have the will to visit the temple back later. This research is aimed at exploring the touristsâ�� satisfaction on the tour guidesâ�� service especially on the verbal language proficiency so that the tourists can become repeat visitors.
