  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of degree of performance evaluation formality on subordinateâ��s trust in the superior and mediated by performance feedback quality and procedural justice. Degree of performance evaluation formality measured by three indicators: target setting, performance measurement and rewarding. Sample in this study are middle and lower level managers. The results show that the impact of degree of performance evaluation formality has a positive impact on subordinateâ��s trust in the superior and mediated by procedural justice, but performance feedback quality is not mediate the degree of performance evaluation formality on subordinateâ��s trust in the superior.
