- This thesis deals with Entrepreneurship Orientation which can be understood as the attitude of entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs in organizations. This study aims to determine the identification of entrepreneurial orientation in meatball entrepreneurs in Semarang. The entrepreneurial orientation itself includes three dimensions in it, and this research was made to know which dimensions are most important to do by meatball entrepreneurs in Semarang. In this study a qualitative descriptive analysis approach was used and there was little quantitative data. Sampling of this study using purposive sampling technique. Then the data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to 15 respondents who are meatball entrepreneurs in Semarang and counting them using a Likert scale. According to the results of the analysis and discussion of this research, it can be concluded that meatball entrepreneurs in Semarang have implemented an entrepreneurial orientation consisting of dimensions of innovation, proactivity, and risk taking in their business. This can be seen from the results of the respondent's recapitulation, which all dimensions are in the high category. But even though it is already in the high category, from the time the dimensions are the lowest the average value is an innovative dimension that needs to be increased again by the respondents.
