The DISC method (Dominance, Influence, Steady, and Compliance) is used to see how the types of individual characteristics and types of job characteristics (job description). This study aims to determine how the suitability between individual characteristics and job characteristics in employees of PT Astra International Tbk - Daihatsu Semarang. In this study using primary data and secondary data in processing data. The method of data collection in this study used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire aimed at the personality test. The data analysis method used in the study is qualitative with a case study approach. Based on the DISC test results the employee DISC's personality will be seen and analyze the job description into the DISC type, then the employee's profile will be identified according to or not according to the job description.
