PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERFIKIR KREATIF MATEMATIS SISWA MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM POSING

- This research aimed to know the increasing of studentâ€TMs mathematical creative thinking skill which was taught by problem posing learning model compared to the conventional learning. The design of this research was pretest posttest control group design. The research population was all students of grade 11th of IPS of SMAN 1 Sumberejo in academic year of 2013/2014 who were distributed into three classes. The sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The research data were obtained by test of mathematical creative thinking skill. This research concluded that the increasing of studentâ€TMs mathematical creative thinking skill which was taught by problem posing learning model was higher than the increasing of studentâ€TMs mathematical creative thinking skill which was taught by conventional learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berfikir kreatif matematis siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran problem posing dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional. Desain penelitian ini adalah pretest posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Sumberejo tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang terdistribusi dalam tiga kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan berfikir kreatif matematis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan berfikir kreatif matematis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran problem posing lebih tinggi dari peningkatan kemampuan berfikir kreatif matematis siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional.Kata kunci: berfikir kreatif matematis, konvensional, problem posing
