Laporan Magang ini membahas mengenai Payroll Cycle yang diterapkan pada Lembaga
KJI. Selain itu laporan ini juga membahas mengenai proses implementasi Human
Resource Information System yang dilakukan pada sistem baru di Lembaga KJI tersebut.
Lembaga KJI merupakan salah satu Lembaga Negara. Analisis dilakukan dengan
memberikan penjelasan mengenai bagaimana siklus Payroll, serta proses tahapan
implementasi sistem yang dilakukan, dan membandingkannya dengan konsep konsep
Payroll Cycle yang dikemukakan oleh Romney (2018), dan System Development Life
Cycle. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara garis besar payroll cycle pada Lembaga KJI telah
mengikuti konsep yang sama dengan Romney, namun proses payroll cycle pada Lembaga
KJI lebih rumit karena proses bisnis Lembaga Negara yang besar. Selain itu, hasil analisis
juga menunjukkan bahwa proses yang dilakukan dalam melakukan impelementasi sistem
baru telah sesuai dengan konsep System Development Life Cycle.

<b>ABSTRACT</b><br>
This internship report aims to analyze the payroll cycle that implemented at KJI. This
internship report also analyze the implementation of Human Resource Information
System in the new system at KJI. KJI is one of State Instituion. The analysis is conducted
by explaining the payroll cycle and the process involved in implementing Human
Resource Information System, and the conformity of its content with the concept that is
stated by Romney (2018), and the concept of System Development Life Cycle. Based on
the analysis, in broad terms, the payroll cycle in the KJI Institution have followed the
same concept as Romney, but the payroll cycle at KJI Institution is more complex due to
its large business processes. The result of the analysis also shows that, the implementation
of Human Resource Information System have been in line with the concept of System
Development Life Cycle.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20482382</identifier><recordID>20482382</recordID></dc>
