- [Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perlindungan hukum yang diberikan bagi masyarakat yang dirugikan dalam kasus penyuntikan isi tabung LPG yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha. Kedudukan masyarakat ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Pembahasan ini merupakan hal penting karena LPG merupakan kebutuhan bagi masyarakat. Dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen, pengguna gas LPG dapat menuntut perlindungan hukum apabila terjadi kecelakaan akibat penyuntikan LPG dan diberikan sanksi administrasi ataupun sanksi pidana kepada pelaku usaha. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum deskriptif yaitu penelitian terhadap aturan-aturan dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa masyarakatberhak atas ganti rugi dalam hal adanya penyuntikan tabung gas LPG oleh pelaku usaha. ;This thesis discusses the legal protection given to people who are disadvantaged in the fraud case of LPG’s injection committed by business actor in terms of Law on Consumer Protection. This topic is important because nowadays LPG become important in society. With the Law on Consumer Protection, LPG users can demand legal protection in case of an accident and was given administrative penalties or criminal sanctions to businesses. The research in this paper uses the method of descriptive legal research is a study of the rules by using a literature study and interviews.
