By exploiting technology internet and mobile phone, complain operational service will be processed and classified automatically based on label categorize and delivered to relevant division in Tanjung Perak port branch office by using one of algorithm Machine Learning that is Naïve Bayes Classifier. Result of research test-drive by using complain data, indicate that the prototype of classification system complain operational service of port services can classified complain quickly and precisely and serve the purpose of reference in system development classification complain manifestly.
