Data were analyzed by usingpercentage. The resultsshowedthat theethics of uniformin that company, 40.43% has been applied. From thatpercentage, the application of ethicsis lessapplied. The Employeesmustcomply with therules of uniformaccordingwith the decision ofthe directorNo.KD.112/DIRUT/1213aboutworking uniformandattributes. Aboutdisciplinarypunishment, 42.55% of verbalwarningand31.91% of written warning. This suggeststhat the lack ofwarningby the employeraboutviolation of ethicsuniform. The authoritiesshould bemoreassertiveandoftenwarnedemployees toalwayscarrythe responsibilityto comply with regulationsinthe workinguniformandgivesanctionemployees whoare stillcommitted violationsinworking uniformandattributes.
