  • The final report to discuss about the implementation of the performace appraisal. This final report was made using the method of observation and interview. From the results of the researchers obtained, there are 67 (sixty seven) of respondents with a percentage of 100%. It shows that the performance appraisal is not done in 1 (one) year. In the year 2014 and then there has not been carried out an performance appraisal. But this year 2015 has been made a performance appraisal. Every form of performance appraisal, employees are given the positive response and negative response from manager. The positive responses in the form of the strengths shown an employee at work. And then the negative responses in the form of the lack of work that needs to be repaired. And this condition instead of employees pay more attention to its performance at work and the role of manager very necessary in dealing with employees who have a performance that dropped like: giving support or motivation
