The data collection techniqueswas used in this final report were by interviewing the HRD Manager, several employees, and also spreading questionnaires. As for the object in the preparation of this final report which is part of Human Resources.Based on the results and a discussion on the role of training and development to improve the performance of the employees that employees are the main resource and a valuable asset to the company should be given the appropriate guidance regarding the work they will be doing during the work so that they can carry out their duties with skilled and professional.One of the right way to develop the skills of employees is by providing a training. Training provided is expected to improve employees performance.
