- PENGARUH SUPLEMENTASI KOMPLEKS CA-MINYAK KEDELAI DI DALAM RANSUM LENGKAP SAPI PERAH TERHADAP KECERNAAN BAHAN KERING DAN BAHAN ORGANIK RANSUM IN VITRO Fitriani Zaturika ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi kompleks Ca-minyak kedelai di dalam ransum lengkap sapi perah terhadap kecernaan bahan kering (KcBK) dan kecernaan bahan organik (KcBO) ransum in vitro. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap dan dunnet terdiri dari empat perlakuan (P0 = kontrol, P1 = 3% minyak kedelai utuh, P2 = 3% kompleks Ca-minyak kedelai, dan P3 = 6% kompleks Ca-minyak kedelai dalam ransum) dan lima ulang. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan suplementasi kompleks Ca-minyak kedelai sampai level 6% berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) meningkatkan nilai KcBK (P3 = 65,44%) dan pemberian sampai level 3% tidak nyata (P>0,05) sebesar 63,30%, apabila dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata P0 sebagai perlakuan kontrol (P0 = 61,94%) dan diketahui perlakuan dengan tambahan minyak kedelai utuh 3% (P1 = 62,48%). Suplementasi kompleks Ca-minyak kedelai terhadap KcBO berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap P1= 43,66%; P2= 47,45%; P3 = 56,94% dan perlakuan kontrol (P0 = 41,47). Hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa ransum lengkap sapi perah yang ditambahkan kompleks Ca-minyak kedelai dalam konsentrat berpengaruh lebih tinggi terhadap KcBK dan KcBO ransum dibandingkan dengan ransum basal dan ransum yang ditambahkan minyak kedelai utuh. THE EFFECT OF SUPPLEMENTATION OF COMPLEX Ca-SOYBEAN OIL IN THE COMPLETE FEED OF DAIRY CATTLE ON DRY MATTER AND ORGANIC MATTER DIGESTIBILITY IN VITRO Fitriani Zaturika ABSTRACT The research aimed to study of effect supplemantation of complex Ca-soybean oil in the complete feed of dairy cattle to dry matter and organic matter digestibility on rumen fluid in vitro. The methode used experimental with Completely Randomized Design consists and dunnet of four treatments (P0 = control/basal feed, P1 = 3% soybean oil, P2 = 3% complex Ca-soybean oil, and P3 = 6% complex Ca-soybean oil in complete feed) and five repeatation. The results of research showed that supplemantation of complex Ca-soybean oil to 6% level value of dry matter digestibility increased (P<0.05) amount 65.44% and supplemantation to 3% level unincreased (P>0.05) amount 63.30%, when compared with the average value control treatment amount 61.94% and was knowed treatment with of supplemantation of soybean oil to 3% level amount 62.48%. Supplemantation of complex Ca-soybean oil to organic matter digestibility increased (P<0.05) of P1 = 43.66%, P2 = 47.45%, P3 = 56.94% and control treatment (P0 = 41.47%). The results of research indicated that kind of complete feed of dairy cattle in addition supplemantation of complex Ca-soybean oil showed that increased of value dry matter and organic matter digestibility compared with basal feed and suppelemantation of soybean oil feed.
