- The source for education funding obtained from the central government. Education financing funds not only from the state budget, but also obtained from other interested parties (parents), so that the need for accountability and transparency in the management in order to motivate parents / guardians to take active part in education. Types of studies are causative to the sampling technique used purposive sampling. research instruments include questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Date were analyzed by simple linear regression, correlation and t test, and the coefficient of determination. Results of investigation of the influence of accountability to the participation of partially positively and significantly associated with a regression coefficient of 0.494. Variable transparency to be partially significant participation by the regression coefficient 0.418. While simultaneously the influence of accountability and transparency to the participation of a significant effect with determination coefficient of 0.719 or 71.9%. Thus obtained the simple linear regression equation: Y = 0.719 + 0,494X1. 0,418X2 Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, Participation
