- The tradition of Indonesian political elite is politicization. The style in sharing the position or dividing the power became a habit in getting the support. frequently, Jokowi-JK stated in their campaign that there were no position-sharing. It became a kind of challenge for them in getting the support. This research purposed to know how the politicization on the team-work of Jokowi-JK concerned to the passage analysis according to Norman Fairclough for instance text, passage practice and culture social practice. The data object of this research was the team –work news of Jokowi-JK on Republika.co.id date on October 26 until 28 in the year 2014. The result of this research explained that there was a politicization or power-sharing which was conditioned by Jokowi-JK signed with the intervention of some ministers who became the member of political party that was the goverment suporting party like the minister of Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), she was ms. Rini Soemarno then the minister of human building and culture, she was ms. Puan Maharani. It caused of the human-interest between the president Jokowi, Yusuf Kalla also the party-chairperson of Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) like the minister of nautica, she was ms. Susi Pudjiastuti the Religion Minister, he was mr .Lukman Hakim Syafuddin. Key words: Politicization, Tradition and Passage
