- Land use right (Hak Pakai) can be became for land government (Tanah Negara), land right of management (Hak Pengelolaan), and land of land right (Hak Milik). For that must establish sertificate. There are two land use right, for limitation time and unilimitation. Land use right can move and can be movement for another party, and can be debt guarantee by by guarantee right (Hak Tanggungan).
