- The unauthentic marriage is a marriage which is conducted by a person which has fulfilled the marriage requirements in accordance with the rules of religion and belief but once it is not registered in the legal office, it does not have any legal binding. Consequently, if the dispute arises, the common property from the unauthentic marriage when it has got the decision from the court, can not be legally executed owing to the weak and baseless solution.
