- The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk during the Covid 19 pandemic in the period of quarter I to quarter II of 2020 as measured by liquidity and profitability. The theory of this research is financial management which focuses on financial ratio analysis of liquidity and profitability. The research method used is the calculation of liquidity which consists of the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio and profitability which consists of return on assets, return on equity and return on investment.The results of this study are that the financial performance of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk as measured by liquidity has decreased during the Covid 19 pandemic in the period of quarter I to quarter II of 2020 and the profitability of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk has increased during the Covid 19 pandemic in the period of quarter I to quarter II of 2020
