- This study aims to determine the extent of circulation services in effort to fulfill the information needs of library users in IKOPIN. methods used to describe and analyze the descriptive method with quantitative approach. as for the population in this study is the users who use the service at the library circulation IKOPIN. Population as many taken as 660 and sapel taken as many as 87 respondents. samples taken using simple random sampling, which took a random sample of the population. techniques for data retrieval is done through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and through library research. based on survey results revealed that the circulation of library services IKOPIN already well underway in order to meet the information needs of users. on average they come to the library circulation IKOPIN to use the library collection, and information they have relevant or appropriate to the needs of the information they seek.
