- This study aims to analyze the Management Information System of Mail Administration at Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. The analyze were made by using 4 method: (1) identify the problems in terms of human, software, hardware, procedure, database, and computer networks; (2) reviewing the system performance; (3) analyze the system; and (4) make the results of the analysis report as a whole. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with the descriptive approach to describe the phenomena that obtained from observations, interviews and literature study. The results in this study showed that after the identification was found several problems, that is the problems in human resources that are lacking, the hardware which is not adequate, and computer networks that have not been built, till the Management Information Systems of Mail Administration are not used optimally.
