PLN (persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. TheMain Support Tutor in this research is Mrs. Lukiati Komala Erdinaya. Dra., M.Si. and Mr. Heru Ryanto Budiana S.Ag., M.Si, as a Support Tutor Assistant.The objectives of this research is to find out the correlations between intranet usage and need of employee’s information fulfill based on intranet usage intensity, intranet contents, and correlations between employee and media content. This research uses quantitative method with correlational approach and random sampling technique. Sampel taken randomly based on Yamane’s formula, therefore researcher uses 72 employee out of 263 employee as a sample. Quetionnaire, interviews, observations and litterature study are used as methods to collect needed data .The findings from this research shows that intranet usage in PT. PLN (persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten have fulfilled needs of employee’s knowledge about the company.The conclusion of this research reveals that intranet usage in PT. PLN (persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten have fulfilled employee’s need of knowledge about the company.The researcher suggest that it is better for intranet administrator to keep up and develop intranet’s quality to make it as a dependable information source for the employees Kata kunci : Hubungan Pengguanaan Internet, Pengunaan Internet,
