Correlational studies with subtitles information about Multipurpose Card issued by the Hospital Medical Lestari with the attitude of patients for medical care. This research under the supervision of Dra. Lukiati Komala Erdinaya,M.Si as the main supervisor and as a companion guide Dra.Susie Perbawasari ,M.Si. The purpose of this study was to determine the valence and the weight is there any relationship information in Multipurpose Card information with the attitude Lestari Medical Hospital patients to health care.This study population were patients of the Hospital Medical Lestari October 2011 until the month of February 2012 as many as 683 patients. by using the Slovin formula, then the number of patients was 61 respondents. sampling technique used is sistematic. The method used is the method of correlation with the techniques of statistical tests of correlation Rank Spearman (rs) and analysis of a single table. techniques of data collection is done through the deployment questionnaires, observation, interview and literature study as a reference for this study.The results showed that there was a significant relationship between weight Multipurpose Card information to patients on the cognitive aspects of Multipurpose Card, is the highest correlation with a value of 0.622. analysis of the study was able to prove that the information Multipurpose Card is able to meet the needs of patient information and knowledge about health care Tangerang City Multipurpose Card.
