- This article suggests ICS as a strategic coping for Indonesians in dealing with globalisation challenges in organization. As Indonesia develops its multicultural reality in centuries, its people experience cultural diversity on a day to day basis. This experience resulted in a sense of sensitivity indicated by relax acceptance and strong tolerance for cultural difference. Unfortunately, the competence is not sufficiently productive to handle challenges of Indonesian’ intercultural engagements. It needs to be modified and systematically developed. Finally this work points out potential strengths of Indonesian ICS and promotes systematic culture learning for ICS development.
