- A desire to create good governance is an old effort which is commonly required by many countries, especially for the modern law state (welfare state) that appears in XX century. However, the result of the implementation of the concept of good governance in the modern state may create wide intervention of the government in the aspects of people life. If this situation arises, the possibility of maal administrative would be great. Thus, there is a strong relevance between the maal administrative and the effort to create good governance. This relevance appears in the form of causality relationship in which if there is the maal administrative, the good governance cannot be established and vice versa. Therefore to create good governance, every act of the government should be based on laws and principles of good governance. Keywords: Good Governance, Maal Administrative.
