- The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Physical work environment towards employee work motivation of CV.Raja Agung Lubuk Linggau. The population in this research are 40 respondents from all employees of CV.Raja Agung Lubuk Linggau. by census method. The technique used to collect data is questionnaire technique by giving the questionaires to the respondents and the analyses technique used is simple regression analysis. The result showed that the Physical work environment has a significant effect to the CV.Raja Agung Lubuk Linggau. The suggestions given to increase Physical work environment are to evaluate the work result o employee’s perfomance , providing a comfortable work environment, and give payroll or bonus to the employee’s.
