This study aims to influence the leadership style of work motivation in the village apparatus in the Sribantolo and Margomulyo villages in this study were all employees of the village which amounted to 55 employees and the determination of the sample in this study using Slovin method, so the sample in this study numbering 48. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques.
