This research aims to identify the influence of profitability, free cash flow, leverage and investment opportunity set of dividend policy. Population in this research is finance companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange 2014-2016 period. The number of sampling to be taken are 14 companies and researched by using the purposive sampling method. The influence of profitability, free cash flow, leverage and investment opportunity set for dividend policy appear to be the descriptive statistics. To test the influence of profitability, free cash flow, leverage and investment opportunity set for dividend policy done by applying the technique test data analysis that is multiple linear regression. The research result showed that profitability have a negative influence on dividend policy. While, free cash flow, leverage and investment opportunity set it has some positive effects against its dividend policy.
