This essay is titled Manajemen Produksi KOMPAS TV Palembang in Produksi Sapa Sumbagsel.. This kind of essay is qualitative descriptive to know how Production management is done by producer, producer assistance and Kompas TV Production team. The Data is used primary and secondary that is from observation, Interview, documentation. This research is analyzed by management teory of George R Terry about Planning, Organizing, acuanting, controlling. The result of this research shows that Kompas TV Palembang dalan Program Sapa Sumbagsel production management has been run well. In the implementation of Produksi Sapa Sumbagsel Production management, Kompas TV Palembang has implemented many Management as the theory that is used in this research. Production Management of Program Sapa Sumbagsel is concerned in pre -stage, production and post-Production which is in the process orientation of Management such as Planning, Organizingm acuanting, controlling.
