- This study aims to determine the effect of tourism development on the economic growth of the Pariwsata sector in Pagaralam City. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research have a negative effect on economic growth while restaurants and lodging have a positive effect on economic growth. This is because many tourist objects in Pagar Alam City are not managed properly by the government of Pagar Alam City, while restaurants and inns have a positive effect because the development is evenly distributed and strategic and well managed by the government of Pagar Alam City.
