- The Effect of sugarcane varieties and roller speed of 2 roller type sugarcane press machine of aiming to discover and study the separation from sugarcane stalks into a soft drink ice cane. The parameters measured in this study was the amount of liquid sugar, the juice yield results, clarity, capacity tool and fuel consumption. Research has been carried out in August 2018 until June 2019, in pure sugarcane juice ice store “Uda Es Tebu” in the way of Col. Sulaiman Amin, Simpang Talang Buruk Sukarami, Palembang, South Sumatra. This study used a randomized complete design method factorial (RALF) served with tables and charts. This research was conducted three times repetition consisting of two treatments, sugarcane varieties and the speed of roller presses. The highest results in the type of cane CM23 with 20 rollers speed rpm 125 ml, and on the type of sugar cane PS851 with roller speed 20 rpm 560 ml.
