The Rowntree development model consists of three stages, namely the planning, development and evaluation phase. In the evaluation phase, formative evaluation proposed by Tessmer consists of five stages, namely self evaluation stage, expert review, one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation Technique data collection using walkthrough to evaluate the product as a basis to revise the initial product from the material expert and media experts, this interview data collection used to obtain information directly from the source, the documentation is a proof based on the source of writing, oral, images, and observations used to assess the behavior seen from the child's activity on learning activities. Measurements of measurement material are valid valid based on expert review result obtained average value at 3.75% very valid category that has been in accordance with game measurement tool indicator through material expert and media expert. The game of measurement material is practically seen from the one to one evaluation stage. The average observation of two themes is 87% good category. While in the small group evaluation stage, the average observation is 92% good category which means game tool can draw attention of the child in the learning of measurement materials. Suggestions for advanced researchers are assessing the potential impact of measurement material gameplay tools. From all stages that have been done then it can be concluded that the game of measurement material declared valid and practical for the children.
