- The objective of this research was to measure the effectivity of the Specific Allocation Fund implementation in Educational field Education is the most important aspect in National development, so there are a lot of country that assume the education as the first priority. The objective of DAK educational program was to defray the .facilities and infrastructures of education which was regional affairs. This research was using qualitative descriptive method. The data were gathered by using questionnaires and the documents of the Specific Allocation Fund Educational and analized with deductive mind,;;et. Efectivity is the ability lo choose the right objectivity to achieve the goals. The result of this research showed that the implementation of DAK Educational in 2015-2017 was implemented effectively. The implementation of DAK educational budgeting in 2015-2016 was also implemented effectively, but in 2017 was less effectively.
