This study aims to examine "The effect of capital and labor on financing Islamic banks in Indonesia". The objectives of this study are: To determine the effect of capital and labor on financing Islamic banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study is the time series data with the period 2008-2018. The analytical method used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. On capital and labor shows the value of the coefficient that is positive and has a significant effect on financing at the level of α of 5%, the variable value of Capital and Labor can explain the variation of financing by 91.34%. The effect of financing is explained by other factors of 8.66%.
