PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS KESENIAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN SUMATERA SELATAN PADA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

- This development research aims to produce interactive multimedia products based on arts and culture of South Sumatra held at Al Kautsar Indralaya Kindergarten in children aged 5-6 years. Development of interactive multimedia based on arts and culture using macromedia flash. The research development model is using a combination of Alessi & Trollip (2001) models and formative evaluation of Tessmer. Model Alessi & Trollip (2001) consists of three stages, namely the planning, design, and development stage. According to Tessmer at the evaluation stage a formative evaluation was conducted, consisting of five stages, namely self evaluation stage, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation, field test. In the evaluation of this research is done up to small group evaluation stage, which aims to see the practicality of interactive multimedia based on arts and culture of South Sumatra. Technique of data collection using expert review, observation, interview and documentation. The results of expert review obtained the average value of material experts that is equal to 3.81% with the category is very valid, from a media expert of 3.94% with very valid category. Thus the validity of the product by 3.87% with the category is very valid and worth tested based on the advice of experts. Furthermore, the average value of one-to-one evaluation is 95% good category, and small group evaluation stage is 97% good category according to the observation evaluation indicator so that the product is considered practical. High effectiveness illustrates that the use of interactive multimedia based on the arts and culture of South Sumatra can stimulate children's cognitive and improve performance. Thus, the product of interactive multimedia can be applied in learning to introduce the arts and culture of South Sumatra.
