PENGARUH METODE RESITASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJRAN EKONOMI DI SMA NEGERI 3 PALEMBANG

- This study aimed to examine the effect of recitations method on the students’ learning results in economics subject in State Senior High School 3 Palembang. This was experimental study that used Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Post Test Only Control Design. The population of this study were all of the 11th grade social sciences students in State Senior High School 3 Palembang. The sampling technique used Cluster Random Sampling and the sample obtained the experimental class was the second 11th grade social sciences as many as 36 students and the control class was third 11th grade social sciences as many as 36 students. The data were collected by test and observation. The hypothesis used parametric statistics which was t-test sample related and was obtained tcounted 3,809 > ttable 1,116 so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So that, it could be concluded that there was the effect of recitations method on the students’ learning results in economics subject in State Senior High School 3 Palembang. It is recommended the implementation of recitations method must be able to guide and control the students in order to be discipline in completing the given tasks based on the timeline.
