  • This study aims to describe the implementation of a full-day school program in State Senior High School 1 Indralaya both in terms of planning, implementation, and supporting factors and barriers. The research method used in this study was descriptive. Data collection techniques used in the form of interview, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this study indicated that planning in the full-day school program at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya always considers the objective by the school's vision and mission and the involvement of parents of students in planning the program and the reference source in the program is Permendikbud No. 23 the Year 2017 About School Day. The full-day school program is held from 06.45 WIB until 16.00 from Monday to Friday. Supporting factors such as curriculum, human resources, and infrastructure have been very supportive for the implementation of the full-day school program, while the inhibiting factors are in the readiness of students such as fatigue that occurs at the beginning of the full-day school program. It was expected that schools would maintain communication with parents of students, and every teacher must always implement strategies and learning methods so that students stay focused during the learning process.
