  • Background:At the beginning of 2019, the achievement of indicators of healthy families in the Sabokingking Community Health Center for hypertensive patients (19.15%) found that there were 335 cases of hypertension, tuberculosis patients received treatment (37.5%) in tuberculosis cases which found 33 cases. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach (PIS-PK) policy, especially 12 indicators of healthy families at the Sabokingking Health Center. Method:Data retrieval uses a qualitative approach. Determination of informants is done based on aspects of adequacy and suitability. Data collection through in-depth interviews, document review and observation. The research informants were 16 people. Results:The results showed that in the process aspect, the implementation process was not optimal, due to the lack of the Head of the Sabokingking Health Center in motivating his subordinates and not optimal in assigning tasks to healthy family teams, so that having multiple tasks became a workload, there were policies that were still difficult and implemented wide working area of puskesmas, lack of information dissemination from officers, lack of community participation and community leaders. Conclusion:It is hoped that the Sabokingking Community Health Center would be able to routinely participate in training and education according to their authority and position in order to provide good service
