- The tittle of this research is "Marriage Agreement Certificate Before and After the Constitutional Court's Decision 69/PUU-XIIl/2015", review the problems/ issues of law about the time of manufacture and the validation of marriage agreement and the consequence of enforcement marriage agreement with a change and revocation the marriage agreement before and after the Constitutional Court's Decision 69/PUUXIIl/ 2015. The theoretical fondation used in this thesis research was Basic Legal Value Theory that stated by Gustav Radburch, namely theory theory of legal Certainty, theory of legal benefit, and theoty of justice. The types of research used normative support by empirical research, through statue approach, conceptual approach, historical approach, and comparative approach. The research meterial used library research (primary legal material, second ary legal material, tertiary legal material) and field research mateial (i nterview). The conclusion used deductive-inductive method. The research result and the conclusion obtained that there was an expansion of manufacturing time and the validation of marriage agreement that can be made before, at the time, and during marriage that can be authorized by Marriage Registrar Employee or Notary. Next, there was an expansion of enforcement marriage aggrement that can applied by two alternatives; first, during marriage and second, at the time of marriage agreement made. Then, there was an expansion that marriage aggrement can be removed.
