  • This Hydrogen Fluoride plant is planned to be built in Gresik, East Java. Covers an area of 5 hectares with a capacity of 10.000 tons/year. The proecss of making Hydrogen Fluoride uses fluorspar and sulfuric acid as raw materials. The reaction takes place at a pressure of 1 atm and a temperature of 105°C (US 9,656,864 B2). The reactor used is a Kiln. The reaction is as follows : Reaction 1 : CaF2 + H2O  CaSO4 + 2HF Reaction 2 : CaCO3 + H2SO4  CaSO4 + CO2 + H2O Reaction 3 : SiO2 + 4HF  SiF4 + 2H2O This company is planned to take the form of a Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas/PT) with a line and staff organization system, led by a managing director with 112 employees. Based on the results of economic analysis calculation, this Hydrogen Fluoride manufaturing plant is feasible enough to be built. Based on the following economic analysis:  Total Capital Investment = US $ 24.068.558,27  Sales Results per year = US $ 31.164.681,60  Production Cost per year = US $ 17.312.898,47  Annual Cash Flow = US $ 11.540.659,81  Pay Out time = 3,13 tahun  Rate of return on investment = 38,27 %  Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 57,43 %  Break Even Point = 25,87 %  Service Life = 11 tahun
