- This study aims to determine the perception of the owner of the boarding house business ownership of the implementation of the local regulation number 5 of 2013 on the implementation of permits for boarding houses, and / or rental houses in kelurahan timbangan indralaya district north. The population in this study is the community that owns or manages the business of boarding houses or rental houses in RW.01 kelurahan scales with the number of 63 people. The sample technique used is the saturated sample that is by making the entire population into a sample of 63 people. The data collection techniques used are documentation, questionnaires and interviews. For data analysis using descriptive statistic. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that public perception toward the implementation of regional regulation number 5 year 2013 about the implementation of house boarding permit, and or rent house in kelurahan timbangan indralaya north district is Negative with percentage score average 59,7% from expected percentage (100% ).
