- This thesis entitled "condition of Japan Bunker in Palembang (2010-2017)". The issues raised are how the current condition of Japan Bunker in Palembang, the cause of the _changing condition of Bunker in Palembang, and the perception of the surrounding community towards the existence of the Japanese Bunker in Palembang. This study uses the historical method, a systematic framework to collect historical sources by providing criticism and judgment in selecting facts to obtain truth and present it in writing. ln this study the main thing observed is the condition of Japanese Bunker in Palembang especially Bunker AKBP H Umar, Bunker Sumisno, Bunker Karya lhu, Bunker Charitas, and Bunker JI Joko so that people know and care about one of the historical heritage of Japan in Palembang. The result show the role of government and society well enough in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of Bunker so that the values of this historic building still exist today.
