  • Assessment of shares is a very important activity. One of them is the Price Earning Ratio. This method based on the ratio between stock price per sheet applicable in the market can be interpreted as an indicator of market confidence in the future growth prospects of the company. This study aims to analyze the factors that allegedly affect the value of Price Earning Ratio of shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These factors include: Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset and Total Asset Turnover. This study uses secondary data that is analyzed and obtained from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. Period used is 2014-2016 with 24 emite so that there are 72 observation data as sample taken by purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that not all variables significantly influence the price earnings ratio. Only one variable has a significant effect on the Price Earning Ratio of Return On Assets. While Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no effect on Price Earning Ratio.
