The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of taxpayer compliance to increase revenue of land and building tax. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources of this research are company data and interview. The author eondueted this research on the Regional Tax Management Agency located in the city of Palembang. The results obtained from this study is taxpayer compliance q/fect the increase of revenue land and building tax at Palembang City. However, the tax management still need to be improved.
