  • In determining the best multipurpose building in accordance with the wishes of the prospective tenants of the building is not an easy thing, many things to consider, so that the decision taken is the decision that best suits the prospective tenants of the building. This study aims to develop software decision support system that can provide reccomendations for the selection of multipurpose building. The decision support system method used is a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). In its implementation AHP is run first to get criteria weight, after which the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method is used to generate output on the developed software which is an alternative ranking of multipurpose building, the multipurpose building at the top of the list is the closest to the desire of the user in this case the prospective tenant of the building. The combination of the methods used successfully implemented with a success rate of 72.8%.
