  • Scholarship is an award given by a company or institution to students / students who excel or have performance. Employee Welfare Foundation PT. Pusri (YKKP) is a subsidiary of PT. Pusri which primarily functions to seek to improve the welfare of employees and their families. Therefore this scholarship is only given to children of employees of PT. Pusri which has been registered with the Manpower Department of PT. Pusri. The selection process for recipients of this scholarship is not an easy process so that the Employee Welfare Foundation of PT. Pusri (YKKP) requires a system that can help the YKKP in determining a decision. To help the YKKP, a decision support system was made using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. In the aplication this method, the weighting process uses the AHP method and the ranking process using the TOPSIS method. The criteria used are parental status, number of dependents, salary, accreditation, and GPA. The results of this study indicate that the existence of a decision support system built can help the selection committee to determine scholarship recipients of the schoolarship
