Extending credit is bank' s activity on getting profit , it also caused the greatest risk. The increasing of extending credit usually accompanied by increasing credit problem. The purpose of this study is to analyze the managerial control credit on extending work capital credit at PT Bank Mandiri Region II Palembang. The method used in this study is qualitative desciptive. The result shows that managerial control dredit at PT Bank Mandiri Region II Palembang is good enough, but it still ha ve shortage to be noticed
